Nigeria, China relations: Envoy seeks tech transfer, ICT knowledge, others

The Consul General of the Nigerian Consulate office in Shanghai, H. E. Mr. Chimezie Okeoma Ogu has requested greater cooperation and sharing of technology, ICT knowledge and skill between Nigeria and China.

The Nigerian Consul General in Shanghai made the call when Ms. Zing Ming, the Vice Mayor of Shanghai Municipal Government in People’s Republic of China granted him audience in her office.

Also, the Envoys among other things canvassed that his host consider Nigeria airline, Air Peace to be granted approval to fly into Shanghai airport.

Recall that China and Nigeria as partners in progress have signed a number of agreements on trade, economic and technical cooperation, scientific and technological cooperation, as well as an agreement on investment protection. The two countries set up a joint economic and trade commission to strengthen its relations for better with People to people contact featuring prominently for a shared future.
